The weather has been beautiful the past couple of days! We've been enjoying every minute of it-visiting parks, getting together with friends, and even fitting in a little outside work! I finally managed to fill the kids' sandbox with sand and get the brick edging done around the side of my house (a job that has been waiting to be done for 3 years now!) Hope you are all enjoying this nice weather too!
These were in my neighbor's yard this afternoon. I have just two things to say: 1. I'm glad we now have a fence, and unlike our neighbor, we won't be dodging goose poop tomorrow; and 2. Geese really do not like having their pictures taken. Being hissed at by a goose is not a pleasant experience!

Legos - Legos - Legos
Alec loves Legos! They are absolutely everywhere! He's even convinced that he has to keep them away from Sundae, the cat, because he is sure she will eat all of the small ones. I wouldn't put it past Sundae; she has been known to eat some pretty strange things - the thumb off of a plastic dish glove, paper, the strings off of the kids' balloons.... but to my knowledge, never any small legos! I personally think Alec should be more worried about my vacumn cleaner!

T-Ball & Touch-A-Truck Day
Alec started T-ball this week, and is really having a great time! I know he is truly enjoying it because he hasn't once handed me a bouquet of dandelions at the end of practice! I have also included some pictures of Julia at the annual Touch-A-Truck Day. Her favorite truck (no kidding) was the Champaign Bomb Squad Truck - A close second, a Harley motorcycle!
